Arrival
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and for our front desk staff to get you checked in. In the event you are running behind, we ask that you please contact Shear Intensity Salon at 970-625-3422 as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, or adjust the services you are scheduled for to allow for other clients to be seen on time.
Cancellations
We value and respect your time. We ask kindly that you respect our time as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ notice, that is considered a “no call, no show” for your appointment and we will charge the card on file 50% of the cost of your appointment. If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, please call to reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients. By continuing with booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms of this policy. We appreciate your business and constant support!
Payments
Shear Intensity accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks for purchase of services and retail. Gratuities are not included in the total cost of your services, but may be added to your credit card, personal check or given in cash.
